Here Comes The Bun was born out of our love of sandwiches.

Some of the best food we’ve ever eaten was in sandwich form: Stu loves a Salt Beef Bagel, Jo’s partial to a Banh Mi, and Paul will smash a Hoagie. 

The starting point for every good sandwich is great bread and that’s the inspiration for Here Comes The Bun.

You could say we are “bread-led”.

We make a limited number of buns in our tiny kitchen, stuff them with the best fillings, and sell them every Friday at The Swine between 12pm & 2pm. 

One Sandwich every week.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, there’ll be one of Jo’s desserts or one of Paul’s cakes.
